People question, will Afghanistan Be Lost? Bush Ensured A loss in Afghanistan by Attacking Iraq!

Iran is now challenging US power in the whole Middle East, partly to distract international attention from its nuclear weapons programme. Hezbollah, Iran's proxy, has taken over the so-called Arab Street, because it has dared to fight the Jewish state -- even though 90% of Muslims are Sunni. Arab leaders in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt detest this advance in power by Iran, a traditional enemy, but cannot be seen to side too overtly with the US.
Iran's involvement in Iraq has been well chronicled. Meanwhile, the world has largely missed Iran's long-term meddling in Afghanistan. Tehran has spent a long time snuggling up to the warlords, especially in the west of the country. The war in Lebanon may be enough for Tehran now, but it could soon activate its Afghan
allies. After the quagmire of Iraq, Tehran reckons that the west has little stomach for another long war in Afghanistan.

So is Afghanistan going the way of Iraq? Maybe not. Iraq is certainly a lost war. And the Taliban insurgents are copying Iraqi tactics, including suicide attacks, previously avoided by the more cautious Afghans. http://www.businessday.co.za/...

Yes! Bush ensured that when he stupidly attacked Iraq and opened a second front taking our interest off the real job! Bush will have his middle east breakdown and new middle east order but he will not like it!

Don't forget our initial goal, Afghanistan!
A suicide bomber has attacked the justice department building in the capital of the Afghan province of Helmand, officials say.
It has been Afghanistan's bloodiest year since the overthrow of the Taliban in 2001.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/....

To me this too will get worse and afghanistan will be lost because Bush attacked Iraq to destabilize the area for his new world order!
As we continue to point out! There will be no diplomacy! There will be no stopping this! It is beyond control and will be self perpetuating until Bush's entire new world order requiring a total middle east breakdown is complete! Then it will get worse!
The so called experts want to know, who will stop this? No one will!

As we said, no one will stop this. All sides not in the fight have their own interest in mind and it does not entail a halt to the fighting. this will not stop until Bush has achieved total middle east disorder or what he calls a new world order!

I just had a frightening thought though that I would like you to think about and give me your thoughts on!.
I would not doubt if this fucking ass hole attacks Iran so we are in a worse war and people want him in for another term.
He has done everything to kill FDR's legacy. Being elected as a 3 term war President would be just one more feather in Bush's hat as far as he is concerned.
What do you think?
By the way, this is the link to just one previous conversation we had in regards to Bush's guarantee of a loss in Afghanistan!

Rice Visits Israel after mass killings! Not good! This will only worsen Middle East breakdown!

The deaths of 55 civilians in Israeli raids on the village of Qana on Sunday fueled anger at the Jewish state's military onslaught and gave tragic new impetus to cease fire plans.
U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice canceled a trip to Lebanon where thousands of furious demonstrators attacked the U.N. headquarters, burning curtains, destroying furniture and forcing staff to hide in the basement.
Speaking to reporters in Jerusalem, Rice said it was time to "get to a cease fire" in Lebanon but declined to call for an "immediate" halt to hostilities in the aftermath of the Qana bombing.http://www.naharnet.com/..
The only thing that would have helped the middle east in the first place was for Bush not to have attacked Iraq. It has and will continue to go down hill from there.
That said, I think the worse possible thing for us and the Middle East situation would be just what Rice did. Israel kills 55 Lebanese many of them children and she stupidly goes to Israel, infuriates Muslims, and still refuses to call for immediate cease fire.

International response is swift! Kofi Annan expresses deep shock, Hezbollah of course vows revenge for the carnage. Iran, Jordan, Egypt, Arab Emirates, Hamas, and more all expressed all options were open. Fatah now says it will attack US and other western countries.
Knowing all this I just want to remind you what we talked about the other day in regards to Bush's and Israel's insistence that Hezbollah will be changed forever,

In a defiant speech Thursday, Israeli Defense Minister Amir Peretz vowed that Hezbollah will "not return to what it was" and that "anyone who attacks Israel" awaits the same fate.
The Jewish state "will not allow the Hezbollah flag to be flown on the borders of Israel," Peretz said, adding that Israel had no intention of waging war against Syria.
http://www.foxnews.com/....
Israel says Hezbollah will never be the same after they have finished their recent operations. After you read the rest of this I believe you will agree!
However, it will not be what they or Bush thinks!
They both refuse to understand the intense Religious Nationalism that has been awoken in Islam as a result of Bush's attacking Iraq and interfering with their government systems, His incursion on Muslim soil, and Israel's recent campaign to change the middle east landscape.
It is going to change but they will not like it. They will get a new middle east order but it will not be what they think. Hezbollah will not be the same! It will be more diverse and worse! I can't believe they can not expect this to be the case. they should know this from the so called Iraq success story that like the entire middle east, will end in defeat.
Hezbollah will soon be if not already, infused with Jihad martyrs from around the middle east and the world. Maliki's recent comments or lack there of, should tell you how the majority of the Muslim world feel about recent events with Israel at the very least.

This latest event purposeful or not and Rice's subsequent visit to Israel only serves to ensure that Bush and Israel's new middle east order will move on to the next level. This new middle east order will be a total living hell on earth.
It will not be just in Iraq as it has been since Bush's attack, Not just in Lebanon as it has recently become, but the entire middle east. Please indulge! http://www.dailykos.com/...

Bush's new world Middle East Breakdown Is Rightly Derailing Bush's Comeback!

I open today's update on the unstoppable middle east breakdown with a correction for Israel. Like Bush, they are right in what they say but wrong as to the actual results!

Israel says Hezbollah will never be the same after they have finished their recent operations. After you read the rest of this I believe you will agree!

Hezbollah will soon be if not already, infused with Jihad marytrs from around the middle east and the world. Maliki's recent comments or lack there of, should tell you how the majority of the Muslim world feel about recent events with Israel at the very least.
Howard Dean said The president made a big deal about bringing the Iraqi prime minister to address Congress and met with him yesterday. The Iraqi prime minister is an anti-Semite. We don't need to spend $200 and $300 and $500 billion dollars bringing democracy to Iraq to turn it over to people who believe Israel doesn't have the right to defend itself and to refuse to condemn Hezbollah. http://abclocal.go.com/...

I think I have to agree with Dean on this one, what about you? Maliki's feelings are mutual in the middle east at least, or they will be forced on the Arab world and others. Please read on, it gets worse!
Iran: Israel has ordained its own destruction by invading Lebanon, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday, according to the state news agency.
http://www.foxnews.com/...
Al Qaeda's No. 2 leader issued a worldwide call in a new videotape released Thursday for Muslims to rise up in a holy war against Israel and join the fighting in Lebanon and Gaza until Islam reigns from "Spain to Iraq. It is a Jihad for the sake of God and will last until (our) religion prevails.
He also said that Arab regimes were complicit in Israeli fighting against Hezbollah and the Palestinians. "My fellow Muslims, it is obvious that Arab and Islamic governments are not only impotent but also complicit ... and you are alone on the battlefield. Rely on God and fight your enemies ... make yourselves martyrs.
http://www.foxnews.com/...

This new middle east order will be a living hell on earth. Not just in Iraq as it is now but it will spread throughout the entire middle east before enveloping the entire world.Bush should pay for his role in all this and appears to be but he does not care!

The latest crisis in the Middle East has disrupted President Bush's plans domestically and internationally at a sensitive juncture, reopening divisions with allies abroad and jeopardizing attempts to restore public confidence at home, according to officials, analysts and diplomats.
The discord at a conference in Rome yesterday over a proposed cease-fire in Israel and Lebanon underscored the widening gap between the United States and Europe over how to stop the fighting. And the images of mayhem from the two-week-old war, combined with the rising death toll in Iraq, have further rattled a domestic audience that polls show was already uncertain about Bush's leadership.
http://msnbc.msn.com/...

We are not uncertain about his leadership. We know he does not know how to lead!
With that said and known I just want to end with the fact that this and his ineptitude is heightened by the Russian Doctrine if Destruction he is following. please read it, everything he has done will make instant sense and you will know why I call it the doctrine of destruction if you do not already. A doctrine of fact/Bush uncovered http://www.anaveragepatriot.com

Maliki Is Wrong! Iraq Is No Longer the Terror Front! The Middle East is and will Spread From There!

Maliki does not realize what Bush has done to the middle east! Iraq can no longer be thought of as the front on the so called war on terror!
Prime Minister al-Maliki of Iraq appealed to Congress yesterday to press the war in Iraq with money and troops, portraying his country as crucial to America as a front line in the war on terror and comparing violence there to the attacks of September 11, 2001.
http://www.nysun.com/...
It is now the entire middle east and it will spread from there. Much in thanks to Bush's intervention in the middle east, we now have Lebanon with so called terrorists (Hezbollah) part of the government. We have so called terrorist's (Hamas) running Palestine. Syria aiding and

abetting terrorism as we are told. Iran is run by hard line Islamists and openly supporting Israel's and the west's destruction while supporting Hezbollah.
We now have Al-Qaida's No. 2 leader issued a worldwide call in a new videotape released Thursday for Muslims to rise up in a holy war against Israel and join the fighting in Lebanon and Gaza until Islam reigns from "Spain to Iraq."
He also said that Arab regimes were complicit in Israeli fighting against Hezbollah and the Palestinians. "My fellow Muslims, it is obvious that Arab and Islamic governments are not only impotent but also complicit ... and you are alone on the battlefield. We did a post 6 months ago titled Explosive Built, Bush supplied the fuse,The Cartoons Lit It, Explosion commencing! in regards to the middle east.
http://www.dailykos.com/...
Two months later we did this accurate post among many, many more on this! There is no Stopping Bush and the Entire Middle East will be in Turmoil like it or Not! http://www.dailykos.com/...
Yesterday I reminded us that what is happening in the middle east is not a surprise but has been part of Bush's plan from the get go.
Bush right from the start has said he is straightening out the middle east as God told him to do. He later denied it but the Palestinian PM and his assistant testified to this. He said from the beginning that he wanted a new middle east order. He has done his best to achieve this, ignoring events when it serves his purpose while influencing others. There are no shortages of examples!
The middle east is breaking down not because Bush has failed but rather because he has succeeded!
I have tried to wake up Senator Kerry, Congress, the Media, everyone, as to what is happening and why! It is all spelled out in a Doctrine of Fact/Bush Uncovered. I wrote it 3 years ago but is more telling today than ever! http://www.anaveragepatriot.com please look at it! everything Bush has done here, in the middle east, and around the world, would make instant sense if they would read it, but Nooooo! Please feel free to email a copy to whoever!
I do not believe a one of them remember Bush's own words or have seen the facts! Iraq will be lost, the entire middle east will break down, followed closely with WW3. All thanks to Bush's self professed desire for a new world order! http://www.dailykos.com/....
Thanks to Bush's insistance of democratizing the middle east, the entire middle east is now the front on the mis named war on terrorism. I have said all along that like it or not, this will be a war with Islam and it will be long and wide. This is still just getting started so we are winning nothing as Bush thinks.
Maliki and Bush have to stop pushing Iraq as the front of the war on terror and realize that it is now the entire middle east and it will get worse from there!

Today's Update: World Becoming increasingly Aware Of Bush's new middle east (dis)order!

The Saudi monarch warned that Israel's military offensives in Lebanon and Gaza could ignite a war in the region. Saudi Arabia warns everybody that if the peace option fails because of Israeli arrogance, there will be no other option but war," he was quoted as saying by state media.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/....

The fighting between Israel and Hezbollah has deepened Lebanon's sectarian divisions, threatening to shatter the fragile peace in a country still haunted by civil war. Hezbollah's opponents widely blame the Shiite guerrilla group for dragging Lebanon into a ruinous war with its July 12 capture of two Israeli
soldiers in a cross border raid. In the future they are sure to be more aggressive dealing with a group that has been nearly autonomous in southern Lebanon.
Members of Lebanon's Western-backed government have said the country must close ranks in the face of Israel's offensive. But that show of unity could end when the fighting stops. Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah has ominously suggested that the time for "tallying the scores" against the guerrillas' critics would come when hostilities subside.
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/....

Condoleezza Rice and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert agreed on the need to defeat Hezbollah while addressing a refugee and food crisis in Lebanon as fighting continued for a 14th day.
Israel intends to hold onto a chunk of southern Lebanon, recreating a ``security zone'' it occupied for 18 years, until its troops are replaced by thousands of international peacekeepers, Defense Minister Amir Peretz said.
Iranian President Ahmadinejad today took issue with the use of force in Lebanon, telling reporters in Tajikistan it may produce a ``hurricane that will turn against the enemies of humanity and strike violently,'' the Associated Press reported.
http://www.bloomberg.com/....
The United States has insisted that no cease-fire can take place without dealing what it calls the root cause of the violence -- Hezbollah's domination of the south along the Israeli border. Israel has rejected any halt in the fighting until two soldiers captured by the guerrillas are freed and the guerrillas are forced back.
Lebanon's parliament speaker, Hezbollah's de facto negotiator, rejected proposals brought by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Monday, insisting a cease-fire must precede any talks about resolving Hezbollah's presence in the south, an official close to the speaker said.
http://www.foxnews.com/....

Things are going so well with all that and now Bush is redeploying additional troops to Iraq to try to prevent a collapse that will not be prevented there or elsewhere in the middle east!.
Bush said Tuesday that a U.S. military program to bolster Iraqi security forces in Baghdad will better address the violence there as he pledged to stand by Iraq's new democratic government.
Obviously the violence in Baghdad is still terrible," Bush said during a joint White House news conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. Bush had praised al-Maliki's signature program to improve Baghdad security during their last meeting in Baghdad in June.

Kerry's right! The middle east Breakdown wouldn't have occurred under Him But fails to know why! I do!

I tried to find a positive article on John Kerry's recent speech but could not. I settled for this because even though it was very derogatory it was better than the rest I found. He correctly pointed out that the Iraq Breakdown, the democratic debacle in Lebanon, the Democracy in Palestine counter to our interests, The breakdown of the middle east, would not have happened if he were President but failed to point out or understand, why!
Visiting Detroit to stump for the campaign of Governor Jennifer Granholm, he used the opportunity to take a swipe at President George W. Bush's handling of the crisis. Senator Kerry echoed even some of Bush's conservative critics who say that the president's focus on Iraq has led him to failure in handling the conflict between Israel and terrorism.

( they still don't get it! It isn't that he was focused on Iraq and failed to act on the rest of the middle east! he has wanted from the beginning a new middle east order and he is getting it!).

Kerry: The president has been so absent on diplomacy when it comes to issues affecting the Middle East. ( no he has not! He is directly responsible for everything that is happening and despite what he says, he is happy the way the middle east breakdown or new world order as he calls it, is going.)
We're going to have a lot of ground to make up because of it", said Senator Kerry, adding that President Bush "has failed" in addressing other islamo-fascist organizations such as al-Qaida and the Taliban. ( I have to say, he is right there!

Over the weekend, President Bush also came under fire from William F. Buckley - founder of the "National Review" magazine. Buckley, who is sometimes referred to as the "godfather" or "patron saint" of US conservatives.
He criticized President Bush saying that he has been "engulfed" in the problems of Iraq to the exclusion of other issues, in a televised interview with CBS news. In response to the reporter's questions, Buckley said that any legacy President Bush would leave to his successor is "indecipherable." ( I am happy to hear Buckley come out against Bush but he doesn't get it either!)
http://www.speroforum.com/...

Here are the facts as expressed by Bush, Israel, and recently reaserted by Condi while in the middle east. I do not understand how Kerry and all Democratic Politicians fail to remember and remind people of the truth as to what Bushco is doing!

Bush right from the start has said he is straightening out the middle east as God told him to do. He later denied it but the Palestinian PM and his assistant testified to this. Todays update On Maliki Better Go Back to Syria As Iraq Is Already Lost To Bush's New Order!

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said on Monday his country will not slide into civil war, but acknowledged that mounting sectarian violence is now killing 100 civilians a day.
In ominous remarks, a senior member of Sadr's faction in parliament said on Sunday the government was shielding Sunni militants and warned of more violence.
Many terrorists have infiltrated this government," Bahaa al-Araji said. http://www.washingtonpost.com/....

Bombs exploded Sunday in Baghdad and the northern oil center of Kirkuk, killing more than 60 people, police said, and dramatically escalating tension as the prime minister left for Washington for talks on reversing the country's slide
toward civil war.
The blasts occurred as Iraqi forces and the U.S.-led coalition mounted a major crackdown on the country's most feared Shiite militia, the Mahdi Army, blamed by Sunnis for many of the sectarian kidnappings and killings which threaten to tear the country apart.
An Iraqi army statement said 34 people were killed and 73 were wounded. Eight more people were killed and 20 wounded when a second bomb exploded two hours later at a municipal government building in Sadr City, the Iraqi army said.
In Kirkuk, a car bomb detonated at midday near a courthouse in the city market district, killing 20 and wounding more than 150, according to police Brig. Gen. Sarhat Qadir. It was the fourth car bombing this month in Kirkuk, where tensions are rising among Arabs, Kurds and Turkomen for control of the area's vast oil wealth.
The wave of bombings, shootings and sectarian killings has plunged Iraq's new unity government into a deep crisis only two months after Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki took office, pledging to pursue national reconciliation and to pave the way for a U.S. military withdrawal.
Instead, the U.S. military is planning to bolster its forces in Baghdad to cope with the security crisis.
Al-Maliki and a large delegation left Sunday for Washington, where he will meet President George W. Bush on Tuesday. Security is expected to dominate the talks.
Key to ending the reprisal attacks is to rein in sectarian militias and death squads that U.S. officials now say are a greater threat to Iraq than the Sunni insurgents who have been fighting the coalition since 2003. The Mahdi Army is believed to be the biggest Shiite militia.
Al-Maliki spoke following the first meeting of a government committee formed to reconcile Iraq's disparate sectarian and political groups, but differences emerged immediately between top Shiite and Sunni officials over the issue of amnesty for insurgents.
http://www.foxnews.com/....

The two suicide car-bombs in Baghdad killed at least 42 people in the teeming Sadr City neighborhood, a Mahdi Army stronghold. The attacks followed a joint US and Iraqi raid overnight on a Sadr office in the area that ended with 15 Sadr supporters dead and two hostages freed, the US said in a statement.
Some residents blamed the US raid for the market attack, charging that it forced Mahdi Army members to abandon some of their impromptu checkpoints in the area that are meant to keep out attackers.

When the Americans come through and break up the checkpoints, that's when we get hit by suicide bombs, like today," says Ahmed Awadh, a Sadr City resident who works in the Ministry of Trade.

I support the Mahdi Army because they know us here, and we know them. Their checkpoints protect us," he says. "They know all the families, and who has business here. It's clear the Americans don't want to provide us with security. They've had three years.'

Immediately following the market blast, Mahdi Army militiamen poured out of the neighborhood's warren of alleys, shutting down dozens of streets and setting up checkpoints, trying to protect against follow-up attacks.

The police and Army don't protect us. When the Americans were here yesterday, they were shooting at our people here, not the criminals,'' says Mohammed al-Askhar, a Mahdi Army member who insisted on using only his nom-de-guerre, which means "Mohammed the Blondie."

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's "government has shown it's powerless. The residents of Sadr City will protect themselves. Everyone here is behind us. We will only disarm when the violence is over," he says.

One US general says that he considers Sadr's militia, with its thousands of poorly trained irregulars and its growing reputation for sectarian killings, to be one of the country's gravest security threats.one US general says that he considers Sadr's militia, with its thousands of poorly trained irregulars and its growing reputation for sectarian killings, to be one of the country's gravest security threats.
They're organized and they're spreading,'' he says. http://www.csmonitor.com/....

This Iraqi breakdown needs no outside help. It is self perpetuating and will not stop. My concern is that Saudi Arabia who looks at itself as the protector of Sunni's will intervene and Iran will help the Shiites as seems to be happening
What should wake you up is that Iraq's PM Maliki said that a loss of the Iraq war would be a loss of the country of Iraq.
I hate to be the one to tell him but Iraq is already lost. It is in civil war and that cannot be stopped now. It is now in proccess. As I have said many times, it will and is spreading throughout the entire middle east. You can thank Bush and his new world order!

Bush Using Israel, Iran Using Lebanon: Middle East breakdown By Proxy!

I have seen so much conflicting feedback on what is happening in the Middle East any many of you know how I feel about the fact that Bush set what will be the total breakdown of the entire middle east in motion as part of his plan for new world order by attacking Iraq and unsettling the region. http://www.dailykos.com/...
We hear all the time that we must support Israel in her fight against terrorism as she is fighting for the interests of America.
http://www.chron.com/...
Then I caught sight of this article accusing Iran of fighting a war by proxy using Lebanon.

There are those like Bush and Iran who want to change the middle east landscape and are looking for others to prosecute this for them. The information in the article about Iran's proxy war was so telling I thought you should see it too so I am essentially reprinting Mr. Batchelor's story below.
The only thing that came to my mind is that he is accusing Iran of fighting a war by proxy using Lebanon but Bush is doing the same thing but using Israel, Follows is Mr. Batchelor's story:
Three recent events that span the globe begin to describe the scale of the threat to Israel and America represented by the Iranian war-making-by-proxy in Gaza and Lebanon.

First, on Tuesday, July 4, North Korea stunned its East Asian neighbors and rocked the U.N. Security Council by firing not only the Taepodong-2 missile that had been displayed on its launch pad for two weeks but also by launching up to nine more smaller missiles from its rocket brigades' arsenals.
Japan was the angriest of the six-party talking states and demanded sanctions from the United Nations. China expressed its frustration as well as restating its fear that any confrontation would trigger a flood of desperate North Korean refugees into Manchuria.
Even Russia was unusually alarmed. The salve to the crisis was that the Taepodong missile had failed within a minute of its launch and fell haphazardly into the Sea of Japan along with the smaller missiles. The press smirked that Kim Jong Il needed more smarts before he was ready to be the big bad wolf of Asia.

Unfortunately, the missile firings were not a failure. The confirmed fact from American observers is that the exercise was a complete success.

Up till now, North Korea has had a first-strike policy where it, as the intended aggressor, gets to prepare for a sneak attack by pre positioning, fueling and firing its missiles against multiple targets. The July 4th exercise was instead a rapid response test to a simulated American air attack.
Prior to the launch, the North Korean rocket brigades dispersed into the countryside as if under air attack. The military maintained radio silence to simulate the confusion after America's first and second waves took down the communications grids, as well as to practice the necessary communication security under American surveillance.
Then the Taepodong-2 was fired, simulating a strategic weapon missile launch, followed by tactical weapons chosen randomly from the mobile brigades. The missiles landed in the Sea of Japan, but not ineptly. North Korean trawlers were pre positioned at the landing sites to observe the exercise. The Taepodong-2 missile performed correctly, simulating a nuclear weapon strike on American allies or assets.

Crucially, observing this exercise were 11 Iranian Revolutionary Guards officers, including among them members of the elite command and control group, the Partisans of the Mahdi (the Ayatollah Khomeini). The Iranians had in part paid for the North Korean exercise, because Iran is a North Korean arms client.
The Iranians were on hand because their own strategic and tactical missile system is based upon the designs of, and built by, North Korean technicians (from Chinese plans proliferated in the early 1990's). The Iranians were preparing for the expected American air attacks against Iran's strategic assets now being provoked in the proxy war on Israel.

Second: On Tuesday, July 11, the Iranian National Security Adviser Ali Larijani departed from Europe, the day after a pleasant evening of obfuscating supper chat with the European Union foreign secretary Javier Solana over nuclear fuel cycle violations, and flew to Damascus.
Mr. Larijani was on a mission that was linked directly to the threat of pending sanctions from the United Nations Security Council. It was time to turn on Iran's proxies to intimidate and divide the permanent five members of the Security Council.
Mr. Larijani, who was joined by the Iranian foreign minister, Manouchehr Mottaki, met with the President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad, as well as with Khaled Mashal, head of Hamas, and Hassan Nasrallah, head of Hezbollah, and with several more significant gang leaders, all of them in the hire and under control of Iran.

Mr. Larijani told them that the strategic diversion in Gaza, started by the abduction of the Israeli soldier and the rocketing of Ashkelon with long-range Qassams, was now considered a complete success and it was time to begin a new phase, the bombardment of Israel and dismantling of Lebanon into a free-fire zone.
Messrs. Larijani and Mottaki were blunt that Iran was in complete command and control of the Lebanon campaign: as directed by the privy council of the mullahs, the Partisans of the Mahdi. Iranian agents, special forces, communications staff and supply teams were in place in Damascus to command, stoke and sustain the operations.
The next morning Hezbollah attacked an IDF patrol, killing several and abducting two IDF soldiers. Iran knew that Israel would respond quickly. The Hezbollah rocketing that followed along the border and then grew to the strikes against an Israeli warship and the port city of Haifa is part of the rolling campaign to pull America into the conflict.

Worse, the third event that describes the threat of Iran was on June 13, when President Bush made a surprise visit for a few hours to Baghdad to congratulate the new cabinet of Prime Minister Maliki. At that time, the Shia commentators in Baghdad starting using the Arabic word "ihtilal," meaning occupation, to refer to the American and coalition presences.
The word "ihtilal" has a sinister connotation that communicates what Iran intends as it provokes the rage of the Shia of Iraq. "Ihtilal" means a completely unacceptable occupation, an occupation that must be resisted at all costs until it is extirpated and destroyed.

The Iranians are at the beginning of their war to defeat America, to subjugate their neighbors, and to isolate and destroy Israel. The rogues North Korea and Syria and Iran are working together seamlessly along with their terror proxies that are headquartered in Damascus, and they believe they are winning and that America is losing.

This concerns me but no more than watching what Bush is doing from his end. Meanwhile the peace loving and innocent in the middle east and everywhere are caught in the middle of Iran's and Bush's game that will end as WW3 once they succeed in destroying the middle east.

After Bush's Stem cell Veto, Research thrives!

I thought more of you might find this of interest in light of some past posts and healthy debates. I found this interesting and surprising in that research continues robustly even after Bush’s Veto!

Never mind Wednesday’s presidential veto on expanded federal funding of stem cell lines. Stem cell research is alive and well at a host of small companies and academic laboratories in the United States.

In Irvine, Calif., a tiny company called PrimeCell Therapeutics has taken adult stem cells found in testes, reprogrammed them, and created human heart, brain, bone and cartilage cells. This marks a breakthrough in developing what are known as “pluripotent” adult stem cells–cells that can be turned into most other cell types.
That pluripotent ability, and the fact that stem cells self-renew, is the main attraction of stem cells from human embryos. One challenge with embryonic stem cells, however, is preventing them from creating tumor cells. So far, the PrimeCell researchers have been able to reprogram the cells they extract from testes without any tumor growth.

Plenty of other firms are active in the stem cell field. Stemnion, a small biotech firm in Pittsburgh, is working on using stem cells found in the placenta for healing wounds. Cellerant Therapeutics of San Carlos, Calif., will soon start a human trial using highly purified adult stem cells found in bone marrow to treat patients with Sickle Cell disease, a genetic blood disorder.
Osiris Therapeutics of Baltimore has several trials under way using adult stem cells to treat the intestinal inflammation known as Crohn’s disease, repair damaged tissue following a heart attack and prevent the progression of arthritis. And Geron (nasdaq: GERN - news - people ) of Menlo Park, Calif. is performing animal studies on a variety of different cells derived from human embryonic stem cells, aiming to treat spinal cord injury, heart disease and diabetes.

Outside the U.S., adult stem cells have been used to treat patients with Type 2 diabetes in Argentina, heart disease in countries including Germany, Thailand and India, and babies with malformed hearts in Japan. Success rates among these treatments are all at least 68% or higher. For the diabetics treated in Argentina, more than two-thirds were able to stop taking insulin and diabetes medications following the stem cell treatment.

“There’s an incredible amount of research and a very large sum of venture capital and private investment going into the field,” says Dr. Amit Patel, a cardiac surgeon and director of Cardiac Cell Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Patel has been called by venture capital firms to consult on potential investments. Bush’s veto of the stem cell bill on Wednesday “may slow down embryonic stem cell research” adds Patel, but he’s optimistic that research will continue nonetheless with private funding. Adult stem cell research will be unaffected.

Patel has pioneered the use of adult stem cells to treat heart disease. He worked with surgeons in Thailand last December to treat Hawaiian singer Don Ho. Ho’s own blood-derived adult stem cells were injected into his heart to treat heart failure. Ho’s health has improved so much that he has returned to performing.

Patel is particularly impressed with the work done by PrimeCell using what are called “germ line” stem cells–cells that will turn into sperm. Patel says he divides stem cells into thrift-store cells and designer cells. “PrimeCell’s cells are like the Prada of cells. They’ve taken an adult cell and reprogrammed it,” he says. “The potential of their cells is incredible.” One advantage of these cells is that they do not age as a human ages.

A group of German researchers replicated PrimeCell’s proof of concept in mice, and published the results in Nature in March. But PrimeCell appears to be ahead of the German team because it’s already moved from mice to human cells. PrimeCell has $10 million in private funding from two sources: an unnamed investor and Thomas Yuen, chairman and chief executive of PrimeCell’s parent company, PrimeGen.

Large pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer (nyse: PFE - news - people ) and Merck (nyse: MRK - news - people ) have so far steered clear of stem cell therapy. For historical reasons, Novartis (nyse: NVS - news - people ) owns a small stake in Cellerant. Big pharma “is letting the smaller companies work and realize the potential. Now is the time for small, nimble entities,” says Dr. Hans Keirstead, an associate professor at the Reeve-Irvine Research Center at the University of California at Irvine.

Keirstead is working with human embryonic stem cells to treat spinal cord injury. He has received funding for his lab from Geron, which has an exclusive license of Keirstead’s patents and aims to start human trials on spinal cord injury as soon as next year. http://www.forbes.com/…

UN Buffer In Lebanon: Key to Iran attack and completion of Bush's new Middle East order!!

From the outset The Bush administration, backed by Britain, has blocked efforts for an immediate halt to the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah while condemning Hezbollah!
"It's clear the Americans have given the Israelis the green light.
http://www.themoderatevoice.com/...

We are hearing again today of a widening of ground operations by Israel in Lebanon!
http://news.bbc.co.uk/...

Yesterday The House, displaying a foreign affairs solidarity lacking on issues
like Iraq, voted overwhelmingly to support Israel in its confrontation with Hezbollah guerrillas.
http://www.chron.com/...
Meanwhile UN Secretary General Kofi Annan blamed Hezbollah militants Thursday for the latest spiral of violence in the Middle East, but called Israel's response excessive. While at the same time calling for the U.N. to set up a buffer zone!
http://en.rian.ru/...
* Isn't that a rebuke of the U.S. and Bush by the way? Though it means nothing to Bush!

First with its long and troubled history in the region, the idea of sending a peacekeeping force should be dead on arrival. It should be an expected failure.
http://www.nydailynews.com/...

Knowing the above and that now Bush supports a buffer zone set up by the U.N.!
http://www.latimes.com/...
headlines-frontpage

Remember a week ago we talked about the fact that U.N. involvement would trigger the next step in a total middle east breakdown. Bush knows the Islamists would not tolerate our presence there any more than they do in Iraq. We already discussed also how this would elevate operations against Israel, further involvement by Syria and Iran, and give Bush his reason to attack Iran as he so badly wants!
This would be the final step to Bush's new middle east order! What do you think?

Hopefully Arnold Is Leading the Way for Override of Bush's stem cell Research!

I’m sorry but I just think this is great and that momentum would build to overturn Bush’s biased Veto! Does anyone know when that will come up?
A day after President Bush vetoed expanded federal funding of embryonic stem cell research, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Thursday authorized a $150 million loan to fund California’s stem cell institute, which has been stalled by lawsuits.
Schwarzenegger, a Republican who has been trying to put distance between himself and the unpopular president as he seeks re-election this year, said the state cannot afford to wait to fund the critical science associated with stem cells.

“I remain committed to advancing stem cell research in California, in the promise it holds for millions of our citizens who suffer from chronic diseases and injuries that could be helped as a result of stem cell research,” Schwarzenegger said in a letter to his finance director.

The state’s voters created the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine in 2004 when they passed a ballot measure that authorized $3 billion over 10 years for stem cell research.

Elsewhere, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, a Democrat, announced Thursday that he is diverting $5 million from the state budget for stem cell research, despite repeated objections from state legislators.

“Investing in research that can save lives and prevent serious illnesses is more than a sound public health strategy, it’s our moral obligation,” he said.

As some of you have been educating me to: Embryonic stem cells are building blocks that turn into different types of tissue. Scientists hope to use them someday to regenerate damaged organs or other body parts and cure diseases. Some oppose such research because it entails the destruction of human embryos. http://articles.news.aol.com/…

I think it is important that those that want to protect embryo’s do so. I also think it is important to further this research as some want to do in order to benefit humanity. I do not think it is right to force your beliefs on others. To do so by definition is anti Christian. With Bill First and other Republicans in favor of this research for whatever reason, I have to hope momentum is building for an eventual override of Bush’s veto.

Why no Real Diplomacy? Bush&Israel Don't want it! Only New Middle East (dis)order!

Last night I heard a debate between supposed experts as to why we have not seen any real intervention or Diplomacy to stop what is happening in the Middle East. I wish I could find the story but did not record it.
This morning I found literally thousands of stories on what is happening in the Middle East, why, and whether or not it can be controlled! This will not be controlled and Bush is counting on it! Everyone seems to be clueless, you have to believe because of bias towards one thing or the other. I realized that the best source I have found we have put together right here.
It seems to be a waste of time but I can not stop trying to get someone of influence to realize what is really happening and why it is being allowed. At kos
we have done so many stories on this it boggles the mind but seems to have no consequence. However here is an archive so you can see one persons effort to get the unbiased truth known about this now inevitable breakdown. http://www.dailykos.com/...
Bush's asinine Democratization program is a total failure but only in our eyes. However, It is a success to Bush and Israel. The middle east cannot function as a free democracy
as Bush should have known had he a lick of sense and most likely did. By nature Muslims seem to have to dominate each other. They have room only for their own sect.
We should prop up Lebanon and help them get Hezbollah out but we will not. That would turn many Muslim nations and Islamists on Lebanon. At this point Bush has done a good job of destabilizing the middle east for his idea of a new world middle east order and that will not work either. As I have said many times, this will not now and cannot be controlled by anyone.

The U.N. wants to intervene as a buffer and peace maker. That will only be the next step in the middle east break down. They will become the target and the escalation will take the next step. Bush refuse to hold Israel accountable and to intervene Diplomatically as he should and would if he really wanted to see this stopped. Bush continues to blame everyone for this except for Israel and himself who is the real culprit.

From the outset he set out to implement a new world order and he and Israel need a total middle east breakdown before they can re institute their new order. I have said that from the outset. I don't know if you have read a doctrine of fact/Bush uncovered? It is a few years old now but more telling today than when I first wrote it. let me know what you think? http://www.anaveragepatriot.com

Lebanon, Trapped Between Bush's New Middle East Order & Islamist Desires for Theirs!

I am reminded this morning thanks to Reb of my last post here on the subject of Lebanon where I reminded us that Bush was responsible for Lebanons problems too.
They are caught between a rock and a hard place. Yes, Lebanon’s PM does have a difficult Job. Hezzbolah is a thorn in his side as well as Bush and his so called successful democratization of the middle east. Hezzbolah came into prominance afte Israel’s 18 year occupation. They have gained further stature there after Syria left Lebanon. They are gaining further stature as a result of Israel’s latest moves in the eyes of Islamists around the worls. Not however in the eyes of the Lebanese PM and those that would like to see peace restored.
Bush’s asinine Democratization program is a total failure but only in our eyes. It is a success to Bush and Israel. The middle east cannot function as a free democracy as Bush should have known had he a lick of sense and most likely did. By nature Muslims seem to have to dominate each other. We should prop up Lebanon and help them get Hezbollah out. It's Okay To Kill Human Embyo's But only Bush's way! Kill Them but Not for Life!

Bush on Monday renewed his threat to use his first veto on legislation set to be approved by the Senate today that would expand federally funded research using embryonic stem cells. I just want to say he hasn't had to veto! He's had his way completely, the bastard!
The looming showdown pits Mr Bush and those who equate the research with the destruction of human life against many Democrats and some in his own party who say it could hold the key to treatments for several serious illnesses including diabetes and Parkinson's.
Some moderate Republicans have cautioned that a veto of the measure, as well as congressional Republicans' embrace of controversial social issues such as flag burning and gay marriage, could make it easier for Democrats to paint the party as
beholden to social conservatives and hurt its chances in November's midterm elections.

But Mr Bush has shown no softening in his stance. In his first year in office, the president issued an executive order limiting federally funded research in the field to stem cell lines that existed at the time. Critics charge that this has limited research and hampered international collaboration.

The Senate opened debate on Monday on a bill that would lift Mr Bush's restriction; it was approved by a bipartisan majority in the House last year. The White House office of management and budget said yesterday the bill "would use federal taxpayer dollars to support and encourage the destruction of human life for research".

Bill Frist, Republican majority leader, said he and his colleagues had spent hours grappling with the issue. "How do we balance pro-life positions with the potential for new life and health offered by stem cell research?"
A transplant surgeon who is considering a presidential run in 2008, Mr Frist disappointed the religious right last summer when he said he would back an expansion of federally funded stem cell research. But, he explained yesterday, "we must participate in defining research surrounding the culture of life. If not, it will define us".

Supporters of the expanded research sought to increase pressure on Mr Bush. "This will be a defining moment of his presidency," said Diana DeGette, a Democrat who sponsored the House bill.

Congressional aides were preparing for the president to act quickly to veto the bill, sending it back to Congress, where it was not expected to muster the votes needed to override Mr Bush.

"I think it's an uphill battle but I don't think it's impossible," said Ms DeGette, adding that some lawmakers who had voted against it had told her they had changed their minds. http://msnbc.msn.com/...

*Even Republicans realize how important this issue is to the public, success in disease research, and more importantly to their reelection hopes. Bush does not care about that so the ""Repubs can look like they care and Bush will veto the Bill to give the right to lifers what they want. So it is a win, win for them"".

* myself I hope there are enough sensible Senators to over ride Bush's veto and pass this. It is beyond unethical to say it is okay to needlessly kill human life as they see it but not if it is going to help human life! It makes no sense! Bush just will not stop playing God!

* What do you think about all this? Myself I have to hope that if Bush's veto is successful the Re pugs will pay for it in the fall! I almost hope so! However we get our America back that is all that matters.
We can get back to reality and start straightening out the mess Bush has turned America and the world into this fall!

Bush's growing midddle east breakdown will Not be stopped! Also,Remember Iraq? Afghanistan?

We go first to the Middle East, where fears of a wider regional conflict are escalating, with Hezbollah ploughing missiles into parts of Israel never before reached by cross-border attacks, including the Jewish town on the northern edge of Nazareth. And Israel stepping up its attacks in the north of Lebanon.
In the past few hours, Israeli air strikes inside Lebanon have killed another 15 people, among them nine Lebanese Army soldiers who died near the northern city of Tripoli.
This prompted the Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora to again call for an immediate cease fire.
http://www.abc.net.au/...
You know this will not happen!

The Syrian government has vowed to strike back if Israel expands the war with Hezbollah by hitting targets in Syria.
http://www.thestar.com/...
No offence but I would count on it!
Meanwhile the U.N. is calling for destabilizing stabilizing force!
United Nations Security Council members will on Monday start hammering out a detailed agreement on deploying a multilateral security force to Lebanon, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said.
http://today.reuters.co.uk/...
On a lighter note, Holier than thou Bush Not realizing his remarks were being picked up by a microphone, told Tony Blair today that Syria should press Hezbollah "to stop doing this sh*t".
http://breakingnews.iol.ie/...
You know he wants this Mid East breakdown for his new world order, that is why he will not ask Israel to cool it! they will do their share to facilitate Bush's new middle east order! Israel is his excuse to attack Iran and finish his idea of a new middle east order!
Remember Iraq!
Up to 55 people have been killed and 58 wounded in an attack on a market outside Baghdad.
http://english.aljazeera.net/...
Don't forget our initial goal!
A suicide bomber has attacked the justice department building in the capital of the Afghan province of Helmand, officials say.
It has been Afghanistan's bloodiest year since the overthrow of the Taleban in 2001.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/...
To me this too will get worse and will be lost because Bush attacked Iraq to destabilize the area for his new world order!

As we continue to point out! There will be no diplomacy! There will be no stopping this! It is beyond control and will be self perpetuating until Bush's entire new world order requiring a total middle east breakdown is complete! Then it will get worse!
The so called experts want to know, who will stop this? No one will!

As G-8 leaders meet in Russia, they must focus on preventing a complete Mid east meltdown. Faced with the threat of an escalating conflict that could engulf the Middle East in a regional war with dire global consequences, they must put aside their vested economic interests and political rivalries to form an international consensus on ways to defuse the crisis. The formal agenda of the summit - energy security and trade issues - has been overshadowed by the latest eruption of Mid east violence. http://www.newsday.com/....
I would not doubt if this fucking asshole attacks Iran so we are in a worse war and people want him in for another term.
He has done everything to kill FDR's legacy. Being elected as a 3 term war President would be just one more feather in Bush's hat as far as he is concerned.

Massachusatts Big Dig Boondoggle updated! we go from Bad To Worse!

I have stated before that I am glad Mitt has control of the Dig now and can't believe that he hasn't had it all along. I for one thought wrongly that he was accountable for all the tunnel inequities..Since he has been put in charge the situation has gone from bad to wiorse.
Hub drivers’ nightmares will last for “months,” Gov. Mitt Romney said yesterday, announcing tests of epoxy-anchored bolts in the Interstate 90 network have revealed a “systemic failure” of the ceiling suspension system that will require millions of dollars in time-consuming repairs. And that it was necessary to close the tunnel that traffic was being rerouted through. Further lengthening and complicating driving an and around Boston.
As the tally of defects continues to mount, Romney said problems in the three-year-old tunnel system are far worse than first imagined, with ceiling supports pulling away in hundreds of locations and engineers contemplating a complete replacement of all 696 epoxy-bolted fixtures.

State and federal investigators have conducted 18 “pull tests” on epoxy-fastened bolts in locations throughout the I-90 Seaport connector tunnel, and found that the epoxy-bolt failures are spread throughout all tunnel lanes east and west, Romney said yesterday.
“It’s pretty clear to us that what happened last (Monday) was not just an anomaly, but was a systemic failure in the fastening system,” Romney said. “For the entire system to be repaired and safe is probably going to take at least a couple of months, and perhaps longer.”

In the first days after the fatal collapse, embattled Big Dig boss Matthew Amorello repeatedly described the ceiling support problems as an “anomaly” that was not expected to keep the tunnel closed more than a couple of days. Now it appears the closures could continue through the summer and fall tourist seasons.
Romney, who seized control over tunnel inspections from Amorello last week, also said officials have decided to indefinitely close a crucial ramp connecting the Ted Williams Tunnel to Interstate 93 because the number of suspect bolts in the tunnel has doubled from 20 to 40.
The increasingly dark reports on the status of the tunnel system have left inspectors reeling as they diagnose myriad failures that caused 12 tons of concrete to collapse and kill 38-year-old Jamaica Plain resident Milena Del Valle, who was eulogized in an emotional service Saturday.

The extent of the problems have raised questions not only about whether construction protocols were followed, but also whether the design of the system was fundamentally flawed, permitting far too much pressure to be put on epoxy fasteners to support three-ton ceiling slabs.

Early inspections have revealed that the system used in the I-90 Seaport connector tunnel left the epoxy bolts supporting concrete panels that weigh six times as much as those being supported by a similar system in the Ted Williams Tunnel.

Attorney General Tom Reilly, whose office is conducting a criminal probe into the collapse, said through a spokesman last night that Romney’s concerns about a “systemic failure” correspond with what his investigators are finding in the tunnel system.
Romney said he could not discuss the precise outcomes of pull testing done so far, but he said the results made clear that all 696 epoxy-bolted fixtures may have to be replaced.
http://news.bostonherald.com/...

It just blows me away that things are finally being giving the attention they should have gotten years ago. Our Senators are starting to voice outrage they have never felt even though the problems were always there. They are just covering their political asses!

Middle east Is our Quagmire and Problem Not Israels & Bush will attack Iran! & a more Frightening Thought!

The so called experts are calling this Israel's middle east gamble but it is Bush's.Ehud Olmert’s effort to free three captured soldiers has become a broad campaign to alter the strategic balance of the Middle East -- an enormous gamble for an Israeli prime minister facing growing domestic pressure to hit Islamic militants hard.
http://www.zwire.com/...

Israel’s assault on Lebanon, which has already killed 73 people and turned much of the country into a battlefield, could backfire if it becomes a protracted quagmire, provokes war with Syria or exposes Israelis to increasingly deadly attacks.
This is Bush's quagmire and dilemma as we talked about yesterday. He started this middle east breakdown by attacking Iraq! He has been trying to find a way to attack Iran and Israel looks like it. This is Bush's new world order and he does not think of it as a dilemma but Gods work!
http://www.dailykos.com/...

Israeli forces clashed with militants in Gaza today as tanks moved back into northern Gaza Strip in an offensive that has continued even as fighting with Hezbollah guerrillas raged on the Lebanese front.
http://www.boston.com/...

Israeli air strikes hit central Beirut for the first time Saturday and cross-border rocket barrages struck deeper inside Israel, reaching the previously unscathed city of Tiberias as the confrontation between Hezbollah guerrillas and the Jewish state spiraled toward all-out war.
Fueling fears that the conflict could spill over into regional strife, Israeli officials asserted that Iranian personnel had helped fire a missile Friday that crippled an Israeli naval vessel off the coast of Lebanon and killed at least one sailor. Israel and the United States have accused Iran, Hezbollah's chief patron, of bearing ultimate responsibility for the Shiite Muslim group's actions.
With diplomacy yielding little fruit, Israeli forces and Hezbollah traded heavy blows for a fourth consecutive day. Israeli warplanes attacked across Lebanon, killing dozens of people and further demolishing roads and infrastructure — including the last bridge on the main Beirut-Damascus highway — along with Hezbollah offices. Much of Lebanon was dark because air strikes have knocked out power stations.
Civilians on both sides bore the brunt of the violence. A single Israeli air strike killed at least 15 people fleeing the fighting in south Lebanon, 12 of them children. Lebanese officials said more than 100 people had been killed in four days of air strikes. Four Israeli civilians have died.
Three rocket barrages hit the Israeli resort city of Tiberias, injuring eight people and sending frightened sunbathers fleeing the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Israeli officials warned that Tel Aviv, 70 miles inside Israel, could be hit.
In one sign the West expects a drawn-out battle, the U.S. Embassy said it was looking into ways to get Americans in Lebanon to Cyprus. France already decided to send a ferry from Cyprus to evacuate thousands of its nationals. The British were sending two warships, including the carrier Illustrious, toward Lebanon, in apparent preparation for evacuations.

Todays Posts: Romney controls Big Dig! Right wing Causing End Of Days! It gets worse, there is More!

Israel appears to be Bush's excuse to attack Iran and finish his idea of a new middle east order but is will not turn out as he thinks!
Lastly:Bush Advises Putin to achieve an Iraqi style Democracy! What? Putin snickered and everyone laughes as they should have. Bush must be the only one on the planet that hasn't seen his stupidity and folly from the very beginning.
Please read the 4 stories and give me your input!

Bush Stupidly Suggest Putin Model Democracy after Iraq's! What?

In a chilly summit prelude, President Bush blocked Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization on Saturday and President Vladimir Putin mockingly said Moscow doesn't want the kind of violence-plagued democracy the United States has fostered in Iraq.
What I shouldn't have been surprised by but it absolutely stupefied me and obviously Putin and everyone else! was Bush suggesting that Russia model its democracy after Iraqs. What? Putin rightly said he did not want a democracy like Iraq's He got some laughs but he is right, Iraq is not and will not be a democracy! Bush must be the only one on the planet that has always been too stupid to see that.
What really stunned me and sealed defeat for Bush in this meeting was his next move!

He turned down Putin on joining the WTO then flew to meet with Russian dissidents. Bush characterized the participants as "young, vibrant Russian activists who, first, love their country, secondly, care deeply about the form of government of the country, and, third, care deeply about the human condition in their country."

Bush told reporters that he had assured the 15 participants that the United States "cares about the form of government in Russia, that we believe in the universal values embedded in democracy."
http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/world/la-fg-summit15jul15,1,6710279.story?coll=la-headlines-world

He said some of them asked him to deliver messages to Putin, "which I'd be more than happy to do." That is okay but this sends a terrible message to a very shaky ally that Bush says he does not want to criticize him publicly but always does and belittles him routinely!

Helping Israel Against Iran Appears to Be Bush's Excuse to Attack Iran!

The Iranian's were found to be helping Hezzbolah man the missile that hit the Israeli war ship and the one that hit Haifa. Bush has also refused to step in and says Israel has the right to attack. I don't know?
I do know we will come to the aid of Israel against Iran who is supposedly helping Syria and Hezbollah. I have done a series of posts starting more than a year ago calling for a total middle east breakdown.
It is well under way starting with Bush destabilizing the region by attacking Iraq and trying to make the middle east democratic.
As I keep saying this is still all just getting started. We are winning nothing as Bush stupidly thinks.
This whole middle east debacle will not be stopped. It has taken on a life of its own. Bush did all this on purpose because of his ineptitude and the fact that the idiot thinks God told him to straighten out the middle east.
This is all worsened by the Russian doctrine of destruction he is following. Check it out! It will all make sense! http://www.anaveragepatriot.com
And yes, Bush will get at Iran one way or the other. His best bet seems to be through Israel. Hold on, this is still getting warmed up and will get a hell of a lot worse
My son in EOD left yesterday for a year assigned to the Army in Afghanistan. From there he goes to a year in Iraq. They are flat out and it will get a lot worse.

Those that have read my posts know I have said from the beginning that Bush's middle east democracies would bite us and they are. I have been calling for a total middle east breakdown thanks to Bush attacking Iraq, unsettling an already fragile area, and stupidly intervened where he could with his outsourcing of the politics of division and trying to democratize nations that do not want one as a whole. But Bush is the Decider! Bull!

This is a forecast history I put together in April! Bush was looking for a reason to attack Iran! In the name of defending Israel he will have it! We were all set up and reeled in by bush the mouth. http://www.dailykos.com/...

I ran and the entire middle east will be embroiled and this can not be turned around now by any intervention to the contrary. He has set the wheels of dissention in motion and they will not stop turning for a long while. This will be comparable to the 100 Years war!
The entire world will ultimately be embroiled as many of you know and it is too late to stop.ran and the entire middle east will be embroiled and this can not be turned around now by any intervention to the contrary. Romney gains control of Big dig, 363 problems found and Hubby Will not Sue for Accident?

BOSTON -- Working quickly to restore the public's faith in the safety of the Big Dig, state lawmakers on Thursday voted to transfer oversight of the 3-1/2-mile tunnel project to Gov. Mitt Romney's highway agency.

The Executive Office of Transportation and Construction will assume control of inspections of the $14.6 billion project from the embattled Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, in the wake of Monday's accident where a falling section of tunnel killed a Boston woman.

"There can no longer be any doubt that the turnpike authority has failed to do its job effectively," Romney said at a press conference with Transportation Secretary John Cogliano. "It comes down to the safety of our tunnel system and ultimately an issue of public confidence. The current leadership of the turnpike authority has lost the public's confidence, plain and simple."

The legislation, enacted swiftly by the House and Senate last night, gives the governor unprecedented control over the $14.6 billion Big Dig, which has been under the management of the Turnpike Authority since 1995 under legislation initiated by former Gov. William Weld. http://www.sentinelandenterprise.com...

Inspectors quadrupled to 242 yesterday the number of possible ceiling bolt problems in a Big Dig tunnel where a woman was crushed by falling concrete, a still-closed section at the center of Gov. Mitt Romney's push to oversee the safety of the troubled project. The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority said inspectors found additional bolt assemblies that were separating from 3-ton concrete roof panels, raising the number of defects over previous inspections that found 60 defects. The earlier defects were enough for officials to order a sweeping review of every road, tunnel and bridge in Boston's highway system. Michael Lewis, director of the Big Dig, said inspectors found 68 suspect bolt assemblies over the westbound lanes of a connector tunnel providing the main route to Logan Airport. Forty-five more were discovered in a lane carrying carpool traffic, as well as 69 in ramps connecting two interstate highways.

http://www.baltimoresun.com/...

Romney just announced 362 problems found so far! I must say it is about time this is getting done right! We have known for years of the corruption, shoddy work, and shoddy materials. Coming from this local resident i tell you they will never get this home boy confident enough to risk my life in there.
Angel Del Valle, the husband of the woman killed in Monday's ceiling collapse in an Interstate 90 connector tunnel, talked Thursday about the horror of the accident and his questions about why it happened in the first place.
"You don't know when accidents are going to happen, but sometimes there are things that can be avoided. Maybe if, as they say, they had done a better job of inspecting. I only thank God that although I have lost my wife, I thank God that at least it didn't happen earlier in the day when it would have been a bigger tragedy. I lost my wife, but maybe that will now serve a bigger purpose, that when they finish a job like this that they will do it right, right from the start," Del Valle said.
http://www.thebostonchannel.com/...

I commend this mans integrity and rarely do I see a solid reason to sue. That said! This was no accident! Corners were cut, lives were risked, and a innocent woman was killed and a family destroyed. This is a case that should be prosecuted! What do you think?

Right Wing Purposely Bringing About end Of Days! They Wrongly Think they will be Rewarded for Interfering With God!

One sobering example of what we have to Fight and Win to survive! I dont worry about Sandy beyond the fact that this level of Christian and democratic perversion is what we are dealing with and have to overcome because it is destroying us. I don't know if you read my last post in regards to her? But they actually believe the end of days is near, Bush is taking care of things for them, and that they will be saved. She asked me if I was prepared?
I'M PREPARED ALL RIGHT! BUSH AND THEY ARE ARE SCREWED IF THEY THINK THEIR GOD IS GOING TO REWARD THEM FOR TAKING OUR FUTURE OUT OF HIS HANDS.
People used to think I was crazy calling for a middle east breakdown and WW3 but it is here now and all they talk about is how it looks like the middle east could go if we are not careful. It is gone thanks to Bush attacking Iraq and unsettling an already fragile area.
Plus they are talking about the end of days like it's new thought and a joke. It is no joke! These right wing fools really believe in it.
It makes me realize I was right when I said "we the people" are disposable and increasingly on our own!If their is a catastrophe the military will be safe to live and fight another day. And the Government will be protected to continue on their corruptive way.
Together they will have what they need to start over or so they think! They forget one important element and that is the planet that instead of taking care of it and its life sustaining systems they are continuing to destabilize it with what appears to be another World War and at a time in the planets and mans life cycle that it is no longer sustainable!

todays Posts:Plame files suit! ,Lebanon Bush Victim! Coulter Held Accountable!

Newspaper Drops Ann Coulter Column, It is about time, I hope this is a trend!

It is about time someone started holding her accountable!
A conservative newspaper in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has dropped Ann Coulter's column, becoming the first paper to take that action since controversy began swirling around the author of the runaway best seller "Godless, the Church of Liberalism."
Neither recent, now-disproved charges of plagiarism nor her controversial book played any part in the paper's decision, the paper's editorial page editor told NewsMax.com.

Coulter says that's nonsense. whatever the reason I say let's see more!

"When the entire liberal establishment is out to destroy me, a newspaper does not drop my column just [because] of a rotation policy," Coulter said.

According to the July 12 edition of Editor & Publisher (E&P), The Gazette in Cedar Rapids, where her column has appeared for about 14 months, has replaced Coulter.

E&P has published a spate of columns attacking Coulter. Great!

Wrote E&P: "Ann Coulter is no stranger to controversy, but her latest adventures have several newspapers questioning whether carrying her syndicated column is worth the trouble. The Shreveport [La.] Times is currently leaving the decision of whether or not to keep Coulter up to its readers. But the first newspaper to officially drop Coulter’s column since the latest uproar began seems to be The Gazette of Cedar Rapids." We can only hope many other so called Conservative newspapers follow suit. that's good enough for me!

"We made the decision to drop her before the plagiarism charges ever even came to light and not directly at all because of the book - indirectly perhaps because of the book - because ultimately we've always faced a barrage of criticism from liberals about carrying Coulter. No big deal - you'd expect that. Part of what we do as opinion page editors is to take that kind of criticism - that never fazes us at all," he explained.

Despite her comments I refuse to believe she isn't bothered. By her statements she most definitely is. I for one am glad. Her mindless anti Democratic babble has gone way overboard. It is counter productive to the country.

As far as I am concerned she should have been arrested and charged with terrorism after her comments saying the New York Times building should be blown up with the people in it! I refuse to believe she has gotten away with statements like that and crass criticism of the families of 9/a victims families.

Her derogatory statements to them and her many asinine statements in the past make me contemptible of he and I say it is about time someone started holding her accountable. What say you?

Plame & Hubby file suit against Cheney, Rove's, and Libby! Guilty????

Valerie Wilson and her husband, Joseph C. Wilson IV, filed suit on Thursday against Vice President Dick Cheney, Mr. Cheney’s former top aide and the senior presidential adviser Karl Rove, charging they had conspired to violate their constitutional rights.

The lawsuit, filed in Federal District Court, accused Mr. Cheney, Mr. Rove and the former Cheney aide, I. Lewis Libby Jr., of conspiring to destroy Ms. Wilson’s career by leaking her identity as an undercover C.I.A. operative to the press. It says the three men had conspired to punish Mr. Wilson for his public assertions that the Bush administration had twisted intelligence to justify the invasion of Iraq.

The fallout from that disclosure led to an investigation by a special prosecutor into whether the leak violated any laws and whether Ms. Wilson’s name was leaked as part of a campaign to punish Mr. Wilson, a former ambassador, for his criticism of the White House.

The prosecutor, Patrick J. Fitzgerald, did not bring any charges in connection with laws that prohibit the willful disclosure of the identity of a Central Intelligence Agency officer. But he did indict Mr. Libby, also known as Scooter, on perjury and obstruction of justice charges, saying he had testified untruthfully to a grand jury and federal agents when he said he learned about Ms. Wilson’s role at the C.I.A. from reporters rather than from several officials, including Mr. Cheney.

As a result, the Wilson’s suit has the potential to keep alive those issues in a civil case, which generally allows a wider scope of evidence.

But the suit is also likely to face major hurdles, notably the issue of whether the officials have any immunity for their actions. The general standard from a 1982 Supreme Court case is that federal officials may be sued for violating someone’s constitutional rights if a reasonable person would believe they had violated “clearly established law.” http://www.bloomberg.com/...

As far as I am concerned all 3 of them are as guilty as sin but like always at least Cheney and Rove's will get away with it again. Libbey will take the hit this time as someone always does to keep Bushco protected! What say you?

A reminder not mentioned: Lebanon too is victim of Bush's New World order!

As we watch the latest sparring between Israel and Lebanon I had a lot to discuss with you. However I find it necessary to mention the latest and include links for you to read.
We are hearing many say they fear this conflict could lead to a total middle east breakdown. It has broken down and the world better realize that, act accordingly, and thank Bush for setting it in motion.
His insistence on spreading democracy in the middle east a region that cannot function under a democracy and his attacking of Iraq to institute his new world order in the middle east, has set it all in motion!
First want to remind everyone of this because it has not been mentioned once! We
are still hearing Bushco brag how they humiliated Syria by making them leave Lebanon! That is absolutely ludicrous! You are seeing only one result of that folly. Let me point out a few never mention critical points!
Bushco did not humiliate Syria by forcing them out of Lebanon!

Syria had the perfect opportunity to back out so they could concentrate on harassing us in Iraq which they proceeded to do immediately!
They were now freed up to further the Hezbollah cause which they've been doing with Iran!
Syria has been openly accused of harboring terrorist's and they may be!
They have also now been able to concentrate on defending themselves!
* all of this and more you can be sure, due to Bush, his intervention, & his new world order!

The middle east breakdown many are starting to fear may happen is well on its way compliments of Bush! It will not be stopped by any mediation or intervention. I continue to point out it has taken on a life of its own!
I do want to say that if those 2 captured Israeli soldiers are moved to Iran for protection as we heard may be the plan. This whole thing will be moved one step closer to the point of no return!
Iran will not barter with Israel and Israel will not allow Iran to just get away with this! You can count on Ahmadinedjad to harass Israel as much as possible in an attempt to goad them into action and they will act!

Democratizing Lebanon was another good move of Bush's, huh?

Following are the links to the latest events between Israel and Lebanon!
Most of the world condemns Israel except?
http://today.reuters.com/...

Iran & Syria accused of masterminding the raid that captured the soldiers, Continuing Israeli Bombing of Lebanon, and main road to Syria Blockaded.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/...
This will only worsen things and will backfire!
Lastly for now, Bush seeks diplomacy with Iran! That definitely will not happen guarantee if those prisoners are sent to Iran and this breakdown of Bush's is put on the next level!

Lebanon, the most recent Addition to Bush's Successful Middle East (dis)Order!

Iraq, Iran, Syria Palestine, Egypt? now Lebanon, what next? it's spreading! Middle East breakdown well on its way!

To explain the increase in sectarian retribution killings in Iraq Gen. George Casey, at a joint news conference with Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, told reporters that al-Qaida is carrying out terrorist killings in the Baghdad area in an attempt to "demonstrate that they are still relevant" after the June 7 killing of their leader in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
`What we are seeing now as a counter to that is death squads, primarily from Shiite extremist groups that are retaliating against civilians," Casey said. "
you have both sides now attacking civilians, and that is what has caused the recent spike in violence here in Baghdad. http://www.washingtonpost.com/...

This Iraqi breakdown is self perpetuating and will not stop.
You can thank Bush and his new world order!
http://www.dailykos.com/....

While pressing Iran to provide a response to the international package prior to the much anticipated summit in St Petersburg, the US government has preemptively rejected the middle-of-the-road option of putting Iran's enrichment program on standby while the talks continue. http://www.atimes.com/...

While continuing to insist on a halt to uranium enrichment that they know Iran will not do, Bush continue's to brag about multi lateral negotiations which for Bush is no negotiation at all but a continuation of my way or nothing policies while Iran continues to buy time.

*Now Israeli tanks and troops invaded southern Lebanon today amid a series of military disasters for the government in Jerusalem after Hizbullah captured two soldiers and killed several others - compounding a political crisis over an abducted soldier held in Gaza. The Israeli air force killed a family of nine, including seven children, in a large bomb attack on a Gaza City house.
Hizbullah's capture of the two soldiers is a huge political embarrassment to the Israeli prime minister, coming after the seizure of Cpl Shalit last month. Mr Olmert has been pursuing a drawn-out strategy to win the release of Cpl Shalit - who is held by Hamas's military wing and other groups - and to end Palestinian rocket attacks. He has initiated a series of assaults on the Gaza Strip, put Gaza's 1.4m residents under pressure with the destruction of the only power station and other infrastructure, and arrested members of the Hamas-controlled Palestinian government and MPs.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/...
I continue to say, Israel will no more succeed at their recent endeavors than Bush will in his. Israel and Bush continue to just make things worse for themselves. Besides believing they are the chosen ones you have to wonder why they seem to seek destruction!
Last Wednesday, Israeli jets buzzed the home of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Ladekye, outside Damascus. Israeli television reported that the president was at home at the time.
Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Shimon Peres complained that Syria allowed the exiled Hamas political leader Khalid Meshaal -- operating out of Damascus -- to order the kidnapping of the Israeli corporal.

The flyover was seen as an attempt to bring pressure on al-Assad to rein in Meshaal.

Syrian state television called the Israeli flyover "an unacceptable, hostile and provocative act." Syria said its anti-aircraft batteries fired on the Israeli warplanes and chased them away.
http://www.cnn.com/....
This was Fridays contribution to the breakdown of Bush's new world order!
Anger flared across the Middle East over Israel's assault, and many Arabs criticized their governments for not aiding the Palestinians. The Egyptian government's top rival, the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood, urged Egyptians to gather at pro-Palestinian demonstrations Friday, the Muslim Sabbath. please read the link!
http://www.foxnews.com/....

* We are getting deeper. The middle east breakdown that many of us saw as a result if Bush attacked Iraq is well on its way. This new world order of Bush's is a great success huh! It will soon get worse! Please give me your thoughts!

we've been Warning: Now Boston's Repug Big Dig Debacle Kills/Typical total Failure Will Happen!

A woman was killed when three-ton concrete panels fell from the ceiling of a Big Dig tunnel and crushed the car she was riding in late Monday night, Massachusetts Turnpike Authority officials said. The driver escaped through a car window.
A steel tieback that held the 40-foot ceiling section in place over Interstate 90 eastbound gave way, Authority Chairman Matthew Amorello said. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car was partially crushed under at least four ceiling panels. The vehicle was in the left lane, giving the driver's side more protection as panels came to rest also on a left-side service walkway that is elevated several feet above the road.Toll, wife dead husband crawls out.

Amorello said he's confident that 200-foot section is the only area of the Big Dig project where the type of tiebacks that failed were used. Those ceiling panels were erected in 1999 and the contractor was Modern Continental, he said.

The $14.6 billion Big Dig highway project, which buried Interstate 93 beneath downtown and extended the Turnpike to the airport, has been criticized for construction problems and massive cost overruns that state officials have said did not compromise safety.Bull shit!
There have been water leaks in parts of the tunnel system and at least one incident when smaller amounts of dirt and debris from an air shaft in another section of the tunnel system fell onto travel lanes, causing minor damage to cars.

In May prosecutors charged six current and former employees of a concrete supplier with fraud for allegedly concealing that some concrete delivered to the Big Dig was not freshly mixed. State and federal officials said that long-term maintenance, not immediate safety, was the likely impact.
Amorello said preliminary investigation shows that the quality of the concrete was not to blame for the fatal accident Monday night. Public safety is our top priority and if someone is liable they will be held accountable http://www1.whdh.com/...

Stop the political bullshit already! This is A republican project! The people do not matter! Doing the right thing does not matter! Political and corruptive gain for their interests is all that matter! I have been warning people about this for years! This tunnel will totally fail eventually like everything else these Repugs are in charge of.

After more than a decade of monumental traffic jams and constantly shifting detours, construction of the Central Artery and Tunnel Project--known locally as the "Big Dig"--largely came to an end earlier this year, and local officials opened the new downtown tunnel with great fanfare.

But in September, water started pouring through a tunnel wall one afternoon, causing lane closings and snarling rush-hour traffic. That wall leak has been patched temporarily, and engineers for the state turnpike authority, which is in charge of the project, say the nearly 4 miles of Big Dig tunnels that pass under or close to Boston Harbor are safe.

Still, the bad news kept coming and these ruling idiots ignored it as usual!

Memos came to light showing that inspectors for Bechtel/Parsons Brinckerhoff, the project managers, flagged the tunnel wall as flawed in 1999, but no one did anything about it. In memos from 1997, engineers at Bechtel/Parsons Brinckerhoff raised concerns about the waterproofing method being used in the project, but the work went ahead.

It turned out that not just the wall was leaking. The tunnel roof has several hundred leaks--nearly 500 in November, the turnpike authority said, but the number changes as existing leaks are patched and new ones spring up.

Those leaks are much smaller, amounting in some cases to trickles or slow drips, but they are already staining the tiles that line the labyrinthine tunnel system, which makes up about half the Big Dig's 7.8 miles of new roadway.
http://www.freerepublic.com/...

With shoddy work, shoddy materials, no oversight, no responsibility, no accountability, massively over budget, etc, this is just an example of the rampant typical Repug self enrichment representation we are experiencing everywhere today! as pointed out, this project has been recently completed, massively over budget, failing cement, 6 arrested for it,.many leaks they say don't worry about, and so called officials tell you not to worry about it, your safe!

Let me tell you something! My son completes flight training tomorrow and I am supposed to go through the tunnel to pick him up. There is no way I will be going through that tunnel! we will be finding an alternate way of picking him up! You cannot trust this tunnel, what Repug Presidential wanabe Romney tells you, or anything these Repugs tell you today!
